• Some of the most common reasons: illness (including previous illnesses and pregnancy-related conditions), injury, dog or cat illness with a veterinary medical certificate, cancellation of vacation, documented work commitments occurring after booking, household breakdowns that prevent travel, and any documentable reason that objectively prevents travel.

• Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking (by credit card).

• Cancellation up to the day of arrival and a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the Insurance Policy regulations applied at the time of booking are available for unforeseen events such as illness, hospitalization, injury, vacation cancellation, dismissal, or rehiring.
