Aurora and Debora, our certified Aufguss masters, perform the “Aufguss ritual” in the afternoon in the biosauna. The ritual involves dousing hot stones with aromatic essences, generating jets of steam and skilfully waving a towel to intensify the sensation of heat. This ritual is beneficial for improving the skin, metabolism and lymphatic system. You can check the appointments scheduled for the week at the reception desk, and attendance is free.

In the Turkish bath, which opens the pores well in a humid and balsamic environment, we recommend a gentle exfoliation of the skin and thorough nourishment. We use sugar, sea salt, organic official herbs and fine almond and Argan oils for our peel. In addition to the pampering experience, it reactivates circulation, promotes the elimination of dead cells and toxins and brightens the skin. Our sauna instructors carry out the ritual every Saturday afternoon, for a supplement of € 15 per person.
