• Payment of the entire amount of the stay is required at the time of booking (by credit card)
• Cancellation up to the day of arrival and refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulation of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking for unforeseen events such as illness (including COVID-19), hospitalization, accident, holiday cancellation, dismissal or new hire.
